I worked at eMids Technologies full-time

    Pros

    Good technology (Healthcare) and customers.

    Cons

Unprofessional in handling employees, contractors and hires. Company recruits people quoting internal roles but are essentially billed direct to customers. This is not bad on its own. The problem with Emids is that they hire people quoting a project already in place and then spend time acquiring customers. If the customers do not award the project then the hires are either put to attrition or asked to leave. This has nothing to do with the employee's performance. Essentially the person hired wasted his valuable time for this company.

    Advice to Management

Change how you treat your employees, contractors and hires. Yes they are replaceable but soon you will reputation will be in the drains.
