    This company went out of their way to connect me to a tremendous opportunity that was a perfect role for me and eventually led to a full time offer. They really made me feel supported for the role and not feel like I was just part of a "herd" of candidates being submitted.     Cons

    No cons about the company at all but more of a logistical one. As someone who had to travel to the client site weekly and having to use my own credit card for expenses, I was often using my current paycheck reimbursement to cover future expenses (in order to get reasonably priced future flights) so that I wouldn't get hit with interest charges on my credit card.

    Pros

    I worked with Erik who demonstrated professionalism with yet the most caring, patient and attentive personal career recruitment style which resulted in a great full time career opportunity.

    Cons

    There are none. There is always a risk of answering an email, phone call or text and not knowing what an outcome will be. You never know unless you try!

    Advice to Management

    Continue to seek and hire professional yet caring individuals like Erik and you will continue to find and place the right employees with the right employers and gain their business for longevity. Sometimes it is about investing the time upfront for the gain in the end.

    There is some opportunity to make a good amount of money if you put in a lot of extra hours.

    Cons

    Point exactly. Another current employee requesting they "Need some more capable recruiters".... How does that reflect on you as an employee, or as someone in management, or on the company as a whole. You're flat out saying that some, or all of the recruiters there are incapable.     Get your account managers to work TOGETHER with recruiters. At the end of the day this company is supposed to be about team work. Not about viewing recruiters as mules to get you more money.

    Strong and close group of recruiters and account managers that work well together is a fast paced atmosphere. If you work well independently you will be successful.

    Cons

    Potential to make good money but not as much as a larger company. Must weigh out pros and cons of working for a boutique firm.

    Consider a better commission structure to entice a better caliber of recruiters.
