    I worked at ePerformax Contact Centers & BPO full-time for less than a year

    Pros

    After the interview you process, you go into a training program that teaches and improves your English. Once you are certified (if you pass) you'll be trained on the product (account) after that you'll hit the floor taking in customer "inquiries." After you are regularized, you'll enjoy more benefits such a company phone, bonuses on top of your base pay, amazing coworkers that you'll will over come problems, and more training to produce better results (lots of benefits which are performance based).

    - Switching schedules - Some two faced supervisors (not all)(power tripping) - Long hours when little calls come in

    Advice to Management

    Appreciation for the employee is incredible from coaching to earning bonuses, but only advice to management to watch out for the conduct of the supervisors which some can pull of an incredible acts.

    I have been working at ePerformax Contact Centers & BPO full-time for more than 10 years

    Pros

    - Company just transferred to a brand new building in Pasay. Facilities have been upgraded! - Management shows commitment to excellence and best results! - Huge investment on training and developing agents and officers. - Performance based bonuses.

    Cons

    - People living in the Northern part of Metro Manila may find it more difficult to commute to the new building. The drive is commute is well worth it though! The new building brings more positive energy to employees! :-)

    Pros

    Eperformax has good performance-based bonuses. The company also gives mobile benefits and post-paid plans. The attendance bonus is generous as well.

    Cons

    SInce the goal of the company is to be the best, not the biggest, it only has two sites - Makati and Cebu, which is sad especially if you are from far places.

    Performance based company. Good compensation plans for agents

    I personally did not experience a lot of opportunities for career growth. Leave credits are lower than competitiors
