    Pros

Great place to work, great people and great management. Also the company is growing fast so lots of career growth opportunities

    Cons

If you work as a contractor there's no benefits. I am honestly very pleased with my job so there is no much more I can say here.

I worked at ePharmaSolutions full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Regular workers are good hard working people.

    Cons

Management hires high level from outside, and mostly hires their own cronies. Expect long hours because of bad planning and weak strategy. Never expect anyone above Director to accept fault - they'll find the fault with the workers.

    Advice to Management

Leave. You are too full of yourselves to keep the company great.

    I worked at ePharmaSolutions full-time

    Pros

PTO and 401k is the only good thing left.

2 Years ago this company was growing and one of the good company in the area.

    Cons

Since the company has been bought by investors it's going downhill. Layoffs are very common and management is shifting all work to offshore to show profits to investors. All of the good experience ppl either fired or left. Within 2 years strength has been downsized from 150 to 50

Big talk but no progress by cto, director & architects... all have been referred by one or other.

    Advice to Management

Can't give any advice to management coz they are the problem.

WCG : bring back the old CEO

I worked at ePharmaSolutions full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Very dedicated to my position and I worked very hard during my hours of 7:30 to 4:30. Yes out the door at 4:30 after 9 hours of work. Some reviews that commented on the employees that work 9 to 5 but they were never in at 7:30!!!!! Salaries there are very competitive, benefits were very good along with bonuses. I trained VP's down to PA and PM's on the great applications ePS offered to their clients.

    Cons

Was never told of the outstanding work I did by upper management. I feel their positions got to their heads. When I left the company I think they appreciated what I did but would not have the heart to say it. Upper Management and HR were the CEO's puppets! They need to praise the people getting the company to where it presently is and reward those employees. While I was employed there I seen 275 people come and go.

    Advice to Management

Perform your position without having to worry about what the CEO has to say. You were hired because of what you know and show the employees what you can really do!

cutting edge technology, with hands on senior management. The company emphasizes teamwork and client satisfaction are important driving principles.

typical of growth stage companies where a full compliment of team members may be assigned later than needed compared to larger organizations

    Advice to Management

continue to hire great people with an eye towards being out front in driving clinical trial solutions

Get to manage your own time although work never stops

    Cons

Have to be a self starter and train yourself
Everyone is nice but often too busy to help
    Not such a structured environment

I have been working at ePharmaSolutions full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Competitive salary and optimistic bonus structure - for all employees.
Everyone has the chance to contribute ideas, not just grunt work.
Small enough where you know what everyone is responsible for.
    Good place for self-motivated people.
Uses latest technology, even won awards from Microsoft for solutions. Included new app at Windows 8 launch, promoted by Microsoft.

    Cons

Work/life balance suffers during crunch periods (often), working through nights and weekends sometimes to meet deadlines.
Lack of training opportunities (forget any conference that isn't for sales and marketing).
Could use more staff for the amount of work (because business is kicking butt)

    Advice to Management

Allow one professional conference a year for technical staff.
Communicate wins and prospects more often. Corporate meetings are great, but too much info all at once.
