    Pros

    They offer a decent salary. They give you a fair opportunity to grow your book of business. They have partnerships with the usual OEMs in the industry.

    Cons

    They have not been able to grow organically. Most of their growth has been through acquisition. There is no strategic focus.

    Pros

    Good benefits and pay, a stable and well structured corporation that follows the rules and focuses on performance and growth.

    Cons

    The corporate culture, while tried and true leaves little personal growth in an ever changing industry. Leadership is top down to a fault.

    Advice to Management

    Be open to fresh ideas and add them to your own strategies. Create more of a team cohesion and don't just provide lip services.

    Pay good pay scales to retain people and make it more of IT type of environment if in It industry.

    Overall, nice people. Get to travel a bit.

    Cons

    Non competitive salary, and if you're not in sales, you really don't matter. High stress environment.

    Advice to Management

    A holiday bonus would be nice for once. Lots of growth, but no rewards.

    Pros

    Great group of Engineers and Sales executives

    Cons

    Salaries on low side. Comp plan is capped for engineers and only pays on professional services sold.

    Advice to Management

    Learn to take care of your people. ePlus should not be a stepping stone to another company.
