    Pros

Good technical expertise. In general, national groups are willing to share knowledge.

    Cons

The underdeveloped offices (i.e. not the East or West Coast) are totally neglected.

    Advice to Management

I have been working at ePlus full-time

    Pros

Some of the very best externally facing engineers I have been around. Very good work life balance for engineers. Most of the time you get to work from home once you are established. Very flexible. Willing to work to find the right place for you. Encourage and reward continuous professional development.

    Cons

Internally, very thrifty. Not advanced internally with their IT. Not a super technical culture. Could use more diversity. Benefits are fairly mediocre.

    Advice to Management

Practice what you preach to the customers with IT. Improve your benefits. Get more diverse.

    I worked at ePlus full-time

    Pros

The culture at ePlus was very good. They respect your time off, are helpful when things aren't going well and the listen. Anyone can call the CEO and he'll at least give you his ear - you might nit get the change you're looking for in the time frame you like but when the CEO of a 1000+ employee firm takes time to call you on your last day at the company to wish you well that means something

    Cons

Growth by acquisition sometimes results in contention for resources.

    Pros

Management has your back and will go to bat for you

    Intelligent coworkers and flexible schedule

    Cons

lots of red tape with minor aspects of the job, which can be overwhelming at times. ePlus is a quickly changing company with many ideas but it can take a time to get the changes to stick

Salary based of what you made previously..

    Advice to Management

    Keep up the hard work.
