    Pros

    There are a lot of great hardworking people. Great culture

    Cons

    Parent company is consolidating and is out of touch with what make eSecuritel a great place to work and a profitable business. The existing actions have driven a number of good people away and introduced a lot of moral issues.

    Advice to Management

    The parents company has to realize that what made us successful was that we were a software company and not a logistics company and to accept some additional overhead and cost to ensure continued profit.

    Sales team is great as are supporting teams.

    Cons

    employees are kept in the dark in IT. IT Management titles don't match skill levels - very elevated. IT needs to get it together.

    Learn what you're suppose to do and be like for your title. Stop discriminations.

    Pros

    Leftovers of our entrepreneurial days still there, free snacks/coffee, good passionate rank and file employees.

    Cons

    Benefits costs doubled, no coverage with salary's. Bonuses moved from being paid in February for the previous year to being paid at the end of May. Used to have almost 0 turn-over, I expect anyone who can leave will leave after bonus is paid.

    Advice to Management

    Separate from Brighstar chaos.

    Pros

    Great work/life balance with lots of flexibility
    Casual atmosphere and dress code
    Unlimited snacks and drinks

    Cons

    Compensation/benefits are horrible...healthcare costs starting next year will be triple what they were when I started, with no compensation increase to offset it.

    The politics are insane. We lost our entrepreneurial CEO who had protected us for so long, and he was replaced with someone who is a SVP. It makes a difference.

    Even within our division, senior management is much more concerned with finger pointing and covering their butt, even if it is clearly not in the best interest of the division.

    Advice to Management

    Start standing up for the rights of our division, or you'll lose any good staff we have left
    Stop bickering amongst yourselves and start focusing on what's best for the company
