    Pros

It is a family like atmospher

    Cons

Boring office environment. no personality. no one likes each other. Its like a reality show, on mute, every day. Micro-management. No room for advancement. CEO is spread thin. Clock watchers. Culture is very hush, no work life balance. ceo does not care about your life outside of the office. everyone must work in the office. Bad place to work. ceo takes advice from his 21 year old son.

    Advice to Management

embrace change, focus on the employees. loosen up. create an atmosphere where employees feel they can grow, they are being heard and strive for more of a culture of who you want to become, not who you are.
