    Pros

They contract for Google. Will provide technical know-how if requested. Manager is friendly and seems to care.

    Cons

W-2 "temp" work but onsite full-time at Google with no benefits, no vacation, nor help on expenses. No raise after one year of good service on my part. One of my colleagues was offered the position for a certain hourly value and then got $10 less per hour. Get it in writing.

    Advice to Management

Review in a timely fashion. Follow through with your verbal agreements.

    Negative Outlook

I have been working at eTouch Systems full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Very little. They have good clients like google. But you can rely on Etouch to ruin it for you.

    Cons

Horrible compensation. No growth. No increment. Slow to respond and downright careless. How they are still in business is a mystery.

    Advice to Management

Why not pay your employees a decent salary? Do you want them to live off bones?

I have been working at eTouch Systems as a contractor (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Showed me door to Google as a vendor

    Cons

One of the worst group of people I have dealt with. They promise a billing rate before interview with written proof and later lower it. Its hard to decline a Google offer!

Very hard to contact for salary increments or client letter for USCIS. They basically don't care and know that you will not quit Google. You will be stuck between amazing Google and pathetic eTouch.

    Try to avoid

    Advice to Management

Be honest to your work and respect people

I have been working at eTouch Systems as a contractor (More than a year)

    Pros

They place a fair number of people at Google, which is a good place to work, even as a contractor.

    Cons

Very poor communication, poor managers, unreliable in general. If someone at eTouch says they will get back to you within 1 week, be prepared for up to a 1-2 month wait. Non-reply to an email question is quite common. This is epidemic within the company. Commitments mean nothing to them. Communication in general is really poor.

The retention rate in my group for the year is very low. More than half have left eTouch even though the contract was at Google.

    Advice to Management

Begin to act like professionals. Even though you have an unlimited supply of H1B visa people to choose from, start to act like a normal company that actually cares about and tries to retain their employees.
