I worked at eTouch Systems full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    Flexible working hours
Good support till you are an employee

    Cons

They behave with you good till the time you are an employee. As soon as you resign, your tough period starts. They will make sure you mail them at least 20 times for your full and final settlement. HR department in etouch is hopeless. They don't even think that, this employee has worked for you for so many years. They will reply you once in a blue moon, that also with some lie. Getting experience letter from eTouch is like winning Olympic medal. HR will make sure it should take at least around 8 to 9 months of mails and N number of phone calls.

    Advice to Management

Look after your HR department. Treat X employees good and give them their own documents on time. It will cost you very bad in coming years.

I have been working at eTouch Systems full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    Good Environment
    CEO is talented and knowledgable
    Fully stocked kitchen
Some good clients like Google, Adobe

    Cons

HR team always speaks whatever they want on behalf of CEO. I never seen such a lazy HR team in entire career. You ask them for GC process, extension, any queries, answer will be same - "It's in process, we will let you know". They never do any work on time.

    Advice to Management

CEO or any higher management should look into employee issues related to HR. Otherwise people keep on getting frustrated and that will reflect on work.

"Very Unprofessional, not providing Experience Letter, your Green card will be screwed"

I worked at eTouch Systems full-time

    Pros

    NOTHING, I can think of.

    Cons

    - Very Unprofessional company, CEO didn't provide Experience letter with Job duties(which is needed for your Green card processing). Even after working for this company for several years as a full time, these people are playing with me that CEO is busy blah blah. Don't join this company unless your Green card will be screwed.
    - Almost all senior people left the company, there is no growth in this company.
    - Multiple failure in selling the company. None of the companies want to buy.
    - All major clients like Intuit, Cisco, PG&E removed ETouch from preferred vendorship, they are losing all the good clients because of CEO's stubbornness. NO Future in this company.

    Advice to Management

If you mess with developer's career and their immigration status by not providing their experience and other relieving letters, NO ONE WILL JOIN THIS COMPANY. Soon you will be doomed, because your salary and this company's income is coming from these developer's billing and their hard working.
