      Small company, good location, long track record in business, solid technology

      Cons

      Constant direction change with no time to see if the direction works or not, favorites of CEO promoted whether capable or not, no confidence in staff to make decisions

      Pros

      The owner loves Pepe Pizza and would order every once and while for us. I had my own office for a while.

      Cons

      I always felt like I was being pidgin whole to stall in my line. Every time tried to move ahead management would ask why are you doing that There was no room to enhance my skillset.
