Company has grown quickly so sometimes there are growing pains. Overall, they have done a great job to adapt and provide support as the company has grown.

Why I Rejoined eXp Realty LLC

Sep 27, 2021 - Realtor in Washington, DC

    Pros

The culture! Glen Sanford is an innovative Leader and Jason Gesing is the bomb.com! Plus being a shareholder and having "ownership" is amazing! I left to go with a local brokerage which was paying 100% commission but my heart kept telling me eXp is truly the wave of the future PLUS my income will have no limits by taking advantage of the stocks, revenue sharing and helping the company grow! Win Win!!!

    Cons

There are no cons. Either you see the vision or you don't! It should be a no brainer for any agent, new or experienced!

    Pros

This is a great firm for agents. You have easy access to training and information with the flexibility of being fully remote and independent for your day to day activities. Great splits, capping program, stock program and revenue share. Very unique and valuable for those wanting to grow a business.

    Cons

Lots of changes because of the rate of growth, sometimes hard to keep up but with a quick search or trip to EXP World, your answers can be found.
