Pros
Great for stay at home parents; providing flexible schedule options. EA's are matched with clients based on personality profiles and it works very well!
Cons
For people that need insurance coverage, this is not the company. EA's are hired as 1099's. It works well for our family, but may not for others.

Pros
Genuinely caring corporate staff and "co-workers", ability to work from home (or anywhere) while maintaining family work-life balance. I am praised for my successes and cherished for who I am as a person. I feel a connection with my team of co-workers even though I have never met any of them physically. I am connected to clients that I truly love supporting and support me emotionally and relationally. The company shares my values and encourages me to strive for excellence in a positive and supportive way, rejoicing in my highs and offering solace and even physical assistance in my lows. I truly feel they have my back and want the best for me, because happy employees are more successful. There is no place on earth like it!
Cons
You must, absolutely must be self-disciplined to work on your own. It also helps to know yourself, and be able to reach for help when needed. Working remotely means that you don't see co-workers daily. You must be able to self-manage not only the work load, but the emotions that come from being somewhat isolated at times.

Pros
They have some good reviews.
Cons
The interview process is a series of several tasks that you have to do in different programs and then submit. They don't tell you if you can ask questions so most people are scared to. If you are booking travel for a client you will need more information then you are given but again you are not instructed that you can ask any questions.

We are so sorry that the interview process was less than desirable for you. We try to make the process as clear as possible, outlining each step. Unfortunately, it appears we did not succeed in relaying that information to you. We do wish you much success - please accept our apologies for leaving you wondering what went wrong.

Pros
This company is the real deal. The leadership "practice what they preach" and live out the mission and values of the company in and out of work. They are wonderful at developing team members, promoting from within, and creating a culture that makes you want to come to work. My boss has intentionally discovered my strengths and moved me into a role where I can use those. I cannot imagine working anywhere else!
Cons
Finding a balance in face-time, since our company is fully virtual, yet all based in the Atlanta area... you cannot replace face-time with virtual all the time. It is important to see your team, and our leadership makes an effort to see their teams in person about once a month or so.

Pros
Working with eaHELP really is a dream come true. The leadership is truly interested in matching you with a role and client that fits your skills and style, and they're the first to step up and make changes if it isn't working. The team is supportive, encouraging, and daily practices what they preach in terms of serving and supporting their people and their clients. So many organizations just give lip service to caring about their team - eaHELP *really* cares and it shows!
Cons
Working virtually can sometimes be a bit lonely, but the whole team is always interacting on social media and they make a very definite effort to connect via video and web-based tools so you can "see" people regularly. Definitely helps you feel more connected!

Pros
It is so refreshing to work with such positive and professional individuals. There is such a sense of community in this company! The VEA's pull together and any resources you need are at your fingertips. You may work virtually but you can always engage with other VEA's via the Facebook community about technology, suggestions or support and learn from the many webinar's offered from the company to provide support, education and encouragement. Management is always available to help with any concern, issue or problem you may have. They provide guidance and suggestions to keep you moving in a positive and productive path.
Cons
None that i have encountered to date.

Pros
Excellent opportunity to balance life and work. Everyone at eaHELP is passionate about the Mission and Core Values and live them out on a daily basis. The team atmosphere is amazing, given that it is a virtual work environment. We are encouraged daily and celebrate each success! So thankful to play a small part in this amazing organization.
Cons
At first, I thought I would feel isolated working in a virtual environment. However, eaHELP is intentional in providing a team atmosphere - there are NO cons to working with them.

Pros
I'm able to contribute to important work while maintaining a family-friendly work schedule. The leadership of the company is trustworthy and full of integrity. Even though I'm a contractor, I still feel secure in this work because of the collaborative culture and clear communication. This is the best I've ever had!!
Cons
You must be very self-motivated and self-disciplined to do this kind of work. It's not for everyone. Your success rises and falls on your own shoulders.
