    I have not seen better management then in Ecenta. They really do great job. If you something need to ask you can email them and within 5 minutes they will come back to you.

    Fast paced, Opportunity to learn and travel
    Never feel like you compete against your colleague for better pay, but rather management encourages mentorship and open sharing of knowledge as a key component for promotions and raises.

    Small company, no real middle management so opportunities to "move forward" limited
