I worked at esure full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

There is an apparent drive to make things better so it may become a better place to work The vast majority of people are lovely Good work-life balance Good location

    Cons

Rigid atmosphere Discrepancy in salaries Favouritism Poor management Management who are more concerned about their own reputation rather then improving things at the company

    Advice to Management

Stop pretending that you're all about the people and want their feedback, and actually stop and listen to people. Respect those who have done a good job for a long time and don't disregard them. Certain things are going in the right direction, don't let this fall away
