    Negative Outlook

I have been working at eviCore healthcare full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

Before the merge, Care core was fair place to work . Now as evicore it wasn't a merge so much as a take over. and the new environment SUCKS. The mds are hateful, nasty and rude. The new management are distant, uncaring and say nasty things about our old company. Benefits are a joke. Time off is impossible. Run from this place.

    Cons

hard work, great evals and loads of overtime equal 1 percent raise, 100 dollar bonus and a ton of lipservice from fatcat doctors that rule this slave yard. You want to work for scummy , lying, women hating pigs that pad their pockets off your hard work, by all means work here. the doctors speak to you like you are garbage , management is hateful and uncaring . avoid this place. half the fancy directors and managers don't even hold a bsn . yet, msn nurses are expected to be treated like entry levels.

I have been working at eviCore healthcare full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

Good benefits, No week-ends. Competitive pay.

    Cons

Not enough communication between departments. Scripted phone calls, Makes you feel like a human robot.

    Advice to Management

The more scripted the calls, the less human feeling for customer satisfaction. Too much emphasis on 90% correct case decisions, not enough emphasis on customer service. Cutting calls too short and interrupting callers is rude. When I started working here, I loved the job, gotten more complicated over the years, a lot to remember for accuracy.
