I have been working at eviCore healthcare full-time for less than a year

    Pros

    1. flexibility of working from home 2. VERY encouraging colleagues 3. VERY responsive Physician's administration

    Cons

    1. SMEs and captains not available sufficiently (often off line when you try to find them on Jabber) 2. Often times the instructions emailed out are written in a very cumbersome style and with lots of acronyms and are thus hard to follow

    Advice to Management

Ensure that instructions to medical directors are crystal clear (most often, simple English, proofing documents for easy understanding, and avoiding too many acronyms work best). Make sure that designated SME's and Captains are around, and visibly so. If they are not on Jabber, it is quite difficult to know if they are around, busy, or off altogether)
