    Pros

    Good company culture, supports learning and improving.

    Cons

    Promotion is not given according to skills, knowledge and attitude, but it depends how aggressive and smart you are making the other to appear as problematic guy.
    So if you believe that hard work worse it and you get promoted do not come here.
    You can run easily to situation where you are doing your and others' work and overloaded. Or you have to do your superior's work because he cannot or not wiling to do it.

    Advice to Management

    Listen to the employees and do not promote people who can only delegate and micro manage people and product.

    Learning opportunities via language or technical courses, Life/work balance due flexible working hours, no rush in development life-cycle, no development background is necessary to work here

    Cons

    Payment and yearly update of it, hire process is too long , looking for the cheapest options in the hire process

    Cons

    Low salary, low compensations, unreliable management, massive bureaucracy. The company profile is about to earn on the hour rates and not about the product itself.

    -Great work-life balance
    -Friendly colleagues
    Nothing else comes to my mind other than this.

    Cons

    -Low salaries
    -Incompetent colleagues
    -Really old technologies
    -No motivation on any level to create something good

    Advice to Management

    Do not hire incompetent, "left-over" people. Increase salary.
    Level of competence should be the single most important factor, when it comes to hiring and running the company.
    These colleagues should form the company's greatest asset.
    Without this change, quality software and innovation are impossible.

    Pros

    Flexible working hours, not stressful, grade A office, inspiring environment, German precision, good for beginners and juniors, but the salary is low, especially for seniors and above.

    Low salary, bad public transport around the area

    Give the employees a carreer plan and bigger pay rises, because talented people will leave the company.
