    Pros

    I really enjoyed the people I worked with, everyone was very friendly for the most part. Most of the supervisors were very easy to talk to and voice your concerns and questions to. Mostly everyone I worked around was very helpful and worked as a team. If you did not know the answer to someone it was highly likely someone near you did!

    Cons

    It was sometimes very hard to find a supervisor on the floor and this created problems with time sensitive questions that customers had or when a customer requested to speak with a supervisor. When scheduling time off sometimes you would not know if it was approved or denied until the day before you needed off. I did not feel that there was much of a growth opportunity.

    Advice to Management

    Listen to your employees more and do not treat them like their concerns are unimportant.

    Pros

    Chance to gain experience in the world of call center.

    Cons

    Horrible pay, lateral everything for whom ever the company is contracted through, and too much favortism covered under "not a good fit".

    Advice to Management

    Grant an honest pay in order that people can afford insurance at least. Stop the fake interviews for promotional positions.

    Pros

    Learned so much. Was promoted quickly. Oversaw the Central California Courts and the Regional SCR's in Southern California. Attended meetings with our Client. Was able to create new positions and promote employees. Recruited, interviewed and hired for our SCR positions.

    Cons

    My commutes were up to three hours both ways when I went to Malibu, Beverly Hills and Santa Monica at least once every two weeks. My other days were two hours each way.

    Advice to Management

    It would be really beneficial to have been able to interact with Ms. Leurig, more, as she is/was so knowledgeable. She was a great motivator!

    Pros

    Solid financial ground. Flexible schedules. Recent 401k matching to 6%.

    Cons

    Low salary. Little room for advancement. 30+ employees to one laser printer - facilities are not a priority.

    The management ..how they go out of there way to help the employees

    the difficult calls at times where the customer just insist on NOT WORKING WITH YOU IN NO KIND OF WAY.. was challenging because i always wanted my customers to be happy..

    Dont change the way you help as far as an employee that's going through some things, you may be all some people have that cares

    Work hours are ok and only work every other Saturday .

    Cons

    You get cussed out on the phone and management does not back you up.

    Advice to Management

    You need to have more heart with your employees.. A long time employee was dealing with a spouse with terminal cancer with only months to live, had a lot on her mind they fired her because she did not meet her report card by a few points..:(
