    Doesn't Recommend
    Negative Outlook
    Disapproves of CEO

I worked at gap personnel full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Good colleagues and some good managers depending on what division

    Cons

Disgusting management that will squeeze more and more out of their staff until they burn out then don't understand why ? :') Begging staff to leave reviews for gift cards, blagging about mental health first aiders even though the majority don't have an ounce of compassion and are possibly some of the most unapproachable people in the business...which then brings on the complete double standards that they actually reject candidates at interview due to them having mental health problems, when challenged the answer is 'they're unreliable and on medication we have had issues with people with mental health problems in the past'...sorry what? Judging candidates on what they wear for interview without second guessing...that might actually be the only thing they have and they just want to make a wage? Managers that get hefty bonuses depending on the recruitment fulfilment their team does and not their own work...riddle me that. No point challenging the embarrassing pay as you will be made to feel like you owe the company one and you're lucky to have a job. Look elsewhere I guarantee you are worth more and will be paid a hell of a lot better with any other agency. Working full hours if not more throughout covid whilst taking a paycut, only to hear that current employees are receiving the this money back for the month of April. So my question to gap what about all the employees that have since left due to redundancy and found better employment will they receive back the money you took our of their wages every month to help save your back?

travel and long hours. gap is recruitment 24/7 so you do sometimes get calls in the middle of the night and because there are so many branches across the UK you may have to travel a lot depending on your role
