      When I left they warned me of the non-compete and told me they would contact my new employer about the non-compete. I guess it would be better if they sued me directly

      This company is good at hiring really good, honest, and hardworking people.

      Cons

      This company is super cheap! The execs are penny-pinchers. There is also a lot of favoritism and nepotism. You probably won't have much of a career at this company unless you are related to someone in a position of influence or you are just good at sucking up.
