    Pros

    Not really any. I guess they should feel lucky to get the minimum 1 star.

    Cons

    Extremely shady, disreputable and even devious. Watch your back!!
    Bonus structure changes constantly. They will sell you on it, but in reality the bonuses are virtually unattainable and if you do bonus it will be minimal and/or senior management will find a way to not pay.
    Senior management are snakes!! Be warned.

    Advice to Management

    Be upfront and honest with employees. You think people are dumb and take advantage of a tough job market. Stop with the BS, the lies and the knives in the back of your valued employees.

    Pros

    I had a great US Director and he was extraordinary helpful. They would always set goals that made sense based on math. Very well organized. It's a shame the corporate side left the USA. Lots of room for growth if you are motivated.

    Cons

    The only can was the first 2 Regional Managers. 1 was useless and the other was extremely clicky and used his position to quid pro quo female employees. But the upper echelon saw through both of them and they were removed from their position. Then life was awesome at Easyhome.

    Advice to Management

    Keep doing what you are doing. You always took care of your people who were there for the company.

    -I cannot think of any.

    Cons

    - Disgusting rental furniture packed into a messy backroom

    - Coworkers who literally did nothing yet stayed due to being friends with the boss

    -The one delivery driver informed me that he worked his butt off six days a week while the office workers got flown out to a football game with the boss.

    Clear this entire store out

    Compensation was excellent in the beginning, good value for your money

    Cons

    To many people were hired through the good ole boy network eh, people were promoted that didn't have the companies best interest. Didn't have product advertised in sales flyer's

    you allowed people with no integrity to run operations into the ground, out of business in USA

    Pay , Sunday off . Thats about it

    OMG not enough time to type . Company was in horrible direction . District Managers and VP all upper management had no clue.

    Get out of the business

    Pros

    Great family environment in store, friendly customers. Had a blast doing service on the newest technology and learning about lease agreements

    Cons

    Pay wasn't enough to be a CRS or DS, manager made almost double what the other employees did, and working ridiculous hours away from family. Never approved time off and always thought of themselves before the employees

    Advice to Management

    Pay your employees more. 12 dollars an hour to do repossessions is horrible. They need to stop looking at the bottom line and realize people aren't going to stay for a horrible pay. They need to pay the employee the proper amount for the job they do.
