I have been working at graham-windham full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Meeting clients, helping clients, work with kids

    Cons

Worse management, trainings are worthless, they throw you into the field expecting you to know it all, supervisors are rude and disrespectful. Computers are super slow too.

    Advice to Management

    Grow up

    No opinion of CEO

    I worked at graham-windham full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Its great working with the kids and families trying to assist them with emotional growth. I love it when the youth meet a milestone.

    Cons

The campus directors need a crash course in empathy and compassion towards their staff. Professional Development is an understatement. If they don't like you they will bind you from opportunities of advancement. If you leave they will intentionally give you more work. There is a policy of retaliation but lets face it this is hard to prove. If you are in need of clinical hours I strongly suggest you earn them elsewhere this is not the place to complete your hours. This gives you the opportunity to be able to walk away without anyone hanging onto the signature that you need.

    Advice to Management

I would definatedly look more at your supervisors who slack at their job and then blame their subordinates.

What goes for one, should go for All. Stay committed, and Professional at all times. Truly listen to what Employees are expressing. More listening less ignorance.
