      Pros

      Had a good manager, people were generally decent human beings, pay was market rate.

      Cons

      Leadership, as is the case in many startups, suffers from arrogance and lack of humility. Product is unnecessarily complicated and easily five years behind other mental health platforms. Micromanagement from executive team. Many hours wasted in team meetings that could have been emails. There are innovative mental health companies out there, but this is not one of them.

While many team members have had a great experience at Headversity, it's clear that some people have had difficult experiences here, and that feedback matters. I take it seriously. I also see a team of incredibly talented, mission-driven people who care deeply about the work we do and the impact we make. My focus is on creating a culture where everyone can do their best work and where open, respectful communication is encouraged.       The ‘founders’ are running this place into the ground.

      There are no pros to working with this company.

      Cons

      The ‘founders’, as they like to refer to themselves, is a group of PHDs that have no experience in the business world and clearly started this business as they couldn’t succeed in their original professions. The ringleader (COO) is very likely the cause of any other negative post on here. The CEO is the main product but is too much of a coward to stand up against the COO as he continues to disrespect employees. The staff turnover is insane and I doubt this company will be around much longer.

      The concept is great: but the software fails more than it doesnt, customers never stay longer than contracted to due to horrible customer service and IT support. The App is not ready for the public yet and yet still the CEO will bold face lie in order to get business. I wouldn't want to be in his clinical practice! The leadership - I don't think they could even spell the word! Disorganized, deceitful and most often high on drugs and proud of it. Zero direction, hiring consultants to restructure weekly. Investors are simply not aware of where the funding is actually going - to the pockets of the founders. Salary is below any reasonable rate and HR is a total joke to the industry in general. What a sham!!
