    Pros - Helping businesses to grow !

    NO job security & little if not any sure direction!

    Advice to Management

    Don't use fear of loss to get results .. Learn to recognize the talent & the game changers & fight for the jobs of the people
    Who are loyal ! High turnover leads to bad performance & lost customers .. 12 years of lots of success , but unfortunately just a number

    I worked at hibu full-time

    Pros

    Flexible Schedule and good training opportunities. Support tools were good and the IT services were appropriate. The products were of decent quality and the company seemed to be aware they needed to move away from antiquated lead generation technology.

    Cons

    The company seemed to have large expenses in areas that were hurting the overall company financial outlook. It seemed that there was a good old boy system in place.

    Advice to Management

    Local management was egomaniac and pretentious. Unprofessional at times and out of touch with what was actually going on. Being able to put on a good corporate face and schmooze with the top leadership is irrelevant to actual leadership skill.
