Pros

The people in the company are very understanding and open minded. None in the company has a seniority complex in them, everyone is open for suggestions to help improve the process and make the company more and more Employee Centric.

Cons

In my 6 years of service here, I don't think there are any cons, except from not having a Coffee Machine... :)

Pros

If you are fresher or experienced guy, you can learn a lot from here, It will improve your overall career. Managers are friendly in nature and supportive to learn new things. Even during this lockdown period, we are being given trainings from industry experts to keep us updated about the new technologies.

I have been working at i2k2 Networks full-time for more than 5 years Friendly work environment. career growth opportunities. Many new things to learn. Nice HR policies. ( HR here is very energetic and organizes many Fun activities to make the environment light and interesting )

I had joined i2k2 as a Manager Cloud Solution. During my tenure, I got to work with a very understanding COO and friendly colleagues. The company always tries to keep employees interest first and help them in any way they can both professionally and personally.. I feel very good, that I was part of such a good company. Hope the very best for the company's future.

Pros

I joined this company 5 years back as an intern in Support team, after completing BCA. During my tenure, I got the opportunity to work with an amazing team and awesome managers, who supported me on every step and guided me to gain knowledge, to help choose the right career path. After 5 years, now I am leaving i2k2 as a Team Lead. I can never thank the company enough for giving me a chance to prove myself.

At times the work load was high, but as I gained knowledge and had better understanding of things, I was able to prioritize things and manage time accordingly

Pros

Good exposure to new technologies. Encouragement from management to learn new stuff. Flexible work culture. Co-operative colleagues in encouraging environment. Great place to kick-start your career. If you are a self-learner, this would be your perfect choice.
