    Pros

The only good thing they do for the employees is the peer group that they recruit

    Cons

After recruiting they screw the happiness of everyone literally. No professionalism, no work ethics, no integrity. Its a professionally run lala company. If there was a rating below 0, I would rate this company a below 0 rating.

Current Employee - Anonymous Employee in Noida (India)
    Recommends
    Neutral Outlook

I have been working at i3 Consulting (Less than a year)

    Pros

    1. You get to spend time with amazing people and get to know them closely, you get to know how they think and what enables them to make the decisions they take. You are bound to make some amazing friends in the organization, much more stronger than you could at any other company
    2. Hardly any micromanagement when it comes to travel. You are free to choose any country as you please to travel to during you 'off' week
    3. Amazing exposure to the consulting experience. Get to interact and independently try to solve major client problems
    4. Good packages and almost hardly any expense as you're expenses in riyadh are covered. And then there is the per diem which is almost equal to the monthly salary of a lot of people in India, which brings me to ...

    Cons

    1. Per diems are never paid on time, and by on time I mean within 6 months of travel
    2. Saudi Arabia is a place that might make you constantly ask yourself, is this the best I can do with my life?
    3. Disorganized method of working though may be a turn on for a lot of people, is a major cause of concern for others. A lot of responsibility lies on the freshers of problem solving and convincing the client

    Advice to Management

    1. Train employees on various fronts
    2. Do not promise increments and then break that promise
    That's all
