    Pros

    Bonus each year
Co-workers were great to work with

    Cons

Not much room for growth in some departments as most people tend to stay there for a long period of time

    Pros

Easy work, fun staff, laid-back environment. Awesome place to work... sometimes. Management is kinda cool. Salary increase yearly.

    Cons

Supervisors go on power-trips. Management expect you to stay overtime while they go home. Poor computer software training. Hit or miss with your manager, if you are on the good side you're in the clear but very easy to be on the bad side. Not a lot of room to go up the corporate ladder but lots of opportunity to switch departments.

    Advice to Management

If you ask us for overtime we expect to see you doing it with us and provide some sort of incentive other than cake or cookies.

    Pros

Easy-going atmosphere, but that's about it. There is a pretty nice break room and conference areas, and the office equipment wasn't too old. People usually don't stay late, and if you have a job where you need to work after-hours, the office gives you a laptop. Flexible schedules depending on position.

    Cons

Unfriendly co-workers, no office events/parties, and very little communication from management to employees. Half the office was laid off without much warning, and the rest of the company is going downhill as it "streamlines" its operations.

I worked at iA Financial Group full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    - Good wage and benefits
    - No need to work on week ends or holidays

    Cons

    - Worst management I have ever seen
    - Managers love to talk (in a bad way of course) about other employees in front of others
    - The work is insanely repetitive
    - At interview, they will told you that the hours are very flexible and that they will be modify with your agreement only, every week. Reality: They impose the schedule 12pm to 8pm to new employees for MONTHS with no possibility of change even if you ask them and refuse. Older employees are doing the greatest shifts on the morning, they only force new employees to do the worst shifts.
    - Some managers are condescending and just mean. When I left the company they start few harassment files against some of them.
    - No evolution possibility
    - Around 90/100 calls per day per person. Customers are always furious on phone.
    - No one would explain the results of your work and the impacts on the company. No monthly meeting, no thank you, nothing.
    - A lot of people are leaving the company because of that.

    Advice to Management

Change your ENTIRE management and your managers.
Put monthly meeting to explain to your employees what impacts their work is doing for the company
If everyone was doing one shift per week 12pm to 8pm, no one would have to do this shift alone for months. We already explained that to the manager who just laughed.
Create more activities to have a great mood. Encourage positive attitude!

    Cons

zero to none in carrer advancement and slary very low to start with, again slow progression and lots of work

    Advice to Management

create expectations to their employees and allow to advance, additional training to vendors applications such as citrix, server manager and self serve. contact between QC and Vancouver needs to improve

    Cons

Benefits could be better and offer more

    Advice to Management
