    I worked at iA Financial Group as a contractor

    Pros

    AD&Dismemberment coverage paid for even as temporary-to-possible permanent employee
    exposure to SO many companies group benefit plans- gives you idea of what you SHOULD get
    Okay environment- friendly but not always talkative
    ALOT of Quebec calls to practice french fluency
    Fresh cafeteria food in building with great discount- maybe 30%

    Cons

    Everything is so serious as even a slight slip of vocab can get you and the company into alot of money trouble

    Loosen up the work environmen

    Very well managed company that stood strong throughout the financial crisis!

    Cons

    Financial services industry tends to be slow to change directions in general. But IA still manages to innovate and move forward.

    Le côté des affaires n'est pas rendu aussi loin en technologie qu'il le devrait.

    Les études universitaires ne sont pas nécessaire pour travailler comme conseiller. Cependant, pour ceux qui auront fait des études en administration, cela va leur rapporter dans le futur.
