    Pros

Open to ideas and individual contributions, very flexible and good working atmosphere. Many new technologies used throughout the company. Probably one of the better jobs to round out your job experience and skill-sets.

    Cons

Pay is low and not competitive. No bonuses have been given out since the KPN merger, little to no room to advance.

Raises are limited to small cost of living raises unless you are promoted. Current trend is maximizing profits without hiring more help, even though the workload has about tripled since the merger. Company has bled some good talent the past few years, but upper management said it was normal.

    Advice to Management

There is little incentive for experienced talent to stay in the company. My advise is to compensate your senior personnel better, give out some bonuses and have some sort of company payed training to further education.

T-Shirts and iBasis branded towels do not count as a bonus, as much as HR likes to think so.
