I have been working at iEnergizer full-time

    Pros

I have been working here for a few months after the pandemic hit. Pros are, you get to work from home and get paid for even the downtime.

    Cons

With extended periods of downtime, management looks to make cuts, so everything depends on your metrics for evaluations.

Former Employee - Customer Service Representative (CSR)

I worked at iEnergizer full-time for more than a year

    Pros

*Free Games * Relaxed office environment

    Cons

*Sexual Misconduct: A female team lead for one of the larger clients was routinely harassed, along with many other female employees. *There has not been single female promotion on that client since her departure. There has never been a single female in any of their advanced teams on that client side, and all promotions to the Team Lead and Supervisory positions since have been male. *No protection of employees: violence has happened on the job site with no repercussions. *Low pay. 11$ is far beneath the industry standard.

I worked at iEnergizer full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Honestly? If you finish everything you can play some games for a bit. If you're chill and can weasel your way into the good side of those in charge, you'll be left to your own devices. There are precisely two people there in management that made me not want to discover what the sweet embrace of the void felt like.

    Cons

Shady, money grubbing, and absolutely childish. I've worked a lot of places, and I would happily chop off my own leg for the pleasure of Karens while being a Walmart cashier then want to stay here long. Did you know you won't get a raise? Ever? I've had leeches that were more generous than these people. Fun fact, there's a supervisor that makes less than the average agent. For years. I kid you not, they're probably so nihilistic they'll read this review, laugh, and maybe even fire someone for a cheap laugh.

I worked at iEnergizer full-time for more than a year

    Pros

It’s a job. You get to play games.

    Cons

Management is incompetent and downright insulting in their apathy. Promotions don’t exist, you’re just given more responsibilities for the same low pay.
