I have been working at iHeartMedia part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Flexible hours, get to work some cool events and concerts, get to work with cool people, can probably move up or into different departments if you really want to try

    Cons

Extremely low pay for hard work, few hours in the winter, management finds part-timers to be easily replaceable

    Pros

Very rewarding working. Knowledgable co-workers who take pride in their work and doing the best they can in generating the highest shares and advertising sales for the television stations they represent. Everyone willing to help one another.

    Cons

Fast moving, high pressure position to turn work around quickly. Once you develop a system it flows much better. May not get a great deal of direction in developing a system initially, but ask for help and you will eventually figure out what works best for you.

I have been working at iHeartMedia full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

The company is a union shop so the pay is pretty good. Also, the atmosphere is not filled with micro-managers. You generally get your instructions and are expected to follow through.

    Cons

Not much negative to mention. The opportunities for advancement take a while, but in this economy that is normal.

    Advice to Management

This would go for any management. Listen to some of the relevant concerns of the front line employees. It definitely can help in improving the product.
