    I worked at iHeartMedia full-time

    Pros

Great connection to the local community as well as those on Music Row.

    Cons

Opportunities to grow are limited and usually out of reach.
    Zero job security
Dwindling number of bodies in the building make other employees over worked, under paid, and overwhelmed.

    Advice to Management

Treat your employees like human beings and honor contract renewals and don't hold a non-compete over their own well being when you don't even give a severance package.

I have been working at iHeartMedia full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

You get a paycheck; you can learn a bit about how the media advertising industry works. You work with some nice people

    Cons

Too conservatively run; micromanagement; unless you’re willing to put up and shut up, all will be well. Otherwise, if you don’t believe in what you’re doing, you’re in for a real rough time.; very low morale; no innovation; IT is all Microsoft and much of it is outdated Microsoft at that; too many “vice presidents” and middle managers; radio division seems to be run like a 1970s IBM.
