      Pros

-Very hands on (DEPENDING on your account manager) -Great culture, very fun, access to free shows like Jingle Ball -Room for growth if timing is right

      Cons

-Account Managers don't trust us, will give you very little work making it hard to learn and grow -Can be very slow depending on NAM and time period -VERY low pay, especially for what we are required to have before being hired, required to do on the job, and required to learn on the job -Be careful who you speak to, this goes with any job in corporate America but there are some serious politics going on here and what you say to one person will not stay with said person
