    Pros

Great people to work with, generally casual and friendly environment, good place for entry-level people to get started

Things tend to get stagnant if you stay for a long stretch of time, can be stressful, but that's normal within this business, like everywhere else, office politics exists.

Great people. Interesting work. Not the typical crazy hours sometimes worked in the consulting world. Upper management respects the work/life balance.

    Cons

Corporate owners can move slowly on requests. Career growth paths have been limited due to small size of company but as company has grown this has improved.

    Advice to Management

Continue to look to grow company and develop new and interesting work paths for employees. Provide more opportunities for training.

    I worked at iKnowtion full-time

    Pros

There is no pro to this company.

    Cons

No work life balance. No one knows the project goals clearly and the management tries to squeeze the most out of new hires without proper guidance. The worst HR department ever, HR people just shuttle you around and never solve the issue. You work hard without any recognition, upper management is rude and never pay heed to the challenges you face in accomplishing a job. Benefits are bad. I regret working for this company.

    Advice to Management

Give proper guidance and back the hires so they understand the business and Start delivering.
