    I worked at iLink-Systems full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    Nothing.Never join in this company.

    Cons

Its a worst company i ever think. I see and heard many Talented people leaving company like Alliance manager, SVP, senior Director and principle managers, sr. managers and architects no exceptions at all levels.

it's really a cheap company. Many employees leave the company with tears and bad feeling.

This company abuse the concept of full time employment. they charge huge money from the clients and make employees as contractors at client place. pay very less to employees.

HR doesn't know HR processes, in a company HR support to employees, here HR support to management. This is a typical Tamil(Indian state - regional language ). everyone talks in Tamil with loud voice, even HR is not exceptional.

This company not treat employee as an asset for the company, if you are on project, you are safe, otherwise they will kick you very shortly and says some nonsense reasons about performance.

no one cares how passionate you are. how passionate you are about the company. They just want money.

These guys don't have long term vision and proper planning. I guess they won't grow and sustain in long term

If your project is done, they wont able to find new client immediately. you really feel tensed and lots of job insecurity.

These people wont care about employee's feelings. There is no trust at all.

My sincere advice is never join here and spoil your wonderful careers.

    Advice to Management

where to start...... where to end.

there is no starting point and there is no ending point. infinite.

don't play with employees careers and lives.

need to develop the professionalism at work place.

treat employees with respect and care about their feelings.

need to develop the HR processes.

need to make it CMM level 5

need to work more focused and target the big clients like Amazon and MS with big accounts

    many more list is big

I have been working at iLink-Systems full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Initially good but quickly went downhill. Working on a client project but no work really. As long as you are billed, you are just fine.

    Cons

There is no learning and there is no energy in the workplace. A lot of people seem to be leaving to better companies. The benefits are so-so and the pay is below average. Technically there is nothing new. My manager seems to be a nice guy but technically he is a dud.

If you want to slack off and still get paid, this is the place to be!

    Advice to Management

    Increase the benefits. Pay more.

    Pros

Good benefits. The account I work on is very stable and it is hard to see us losing it anytime soon or ever. Great learning experience, good office culture, great paid time off, and flexible schedules. I had the opportunity to work with some really smart people that really cared about me and the work I did.

    Cons

Could be more opportunities outside Microsoft Technologies.

I worked at iLink-Systems (More than a year)

    Pros

Lots of talented and affable people spread throughout the offices. Most of my interactions with my colleagues have been very positive. Frequent new tech. Interesting projects for large clients. My resume and portfolio have improved immensely since working there. HR can be very active in helping deal with situations. Free cereal and coffee!

    Cons

Project deadlines are often unrealistic, and management of projects ranges from scattered to organized. There is a lot of turnover as people get frustrated with pressure from management. One gets a sense that corners are being cut in order to save money. Promises for training, but work is too hectic to allocate the time involved. Underpays for the region. I have heard concerns about how immigration is handled, but have not experienced it first hand. Redmond office is bare and generic compared to other workplace environments I have seen. There's discomfort in how HR interacts with employees.

    Advice to Management

Work hard to create a welcoming environment for all employees. Have all account/technical/practice/project managers employ the same system and adhere to it. More training for devs. Build trust. Be realistic about sales promises. Invest more in hardware.

    I worked at iLink-Systems full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Attempting to improve new hire processes
    Smart, friendly coworkers

    Cons

    General lack of communication
Management is too busy to let you know what is really going on, even when it is directly related to your job or position
    Cramped office space
I frequently was told not to worry about a question I asked when later it turned out to be important
Spent 6 weeks flipping through reference material while they were getting prepared to place me in my project. It was unsettling at the least to have coworkers and uppper management ask me about my project and have to tell them I'm still waiting to find out about it

    Advice to Management

Have a plan to get new hires involved from day one
Foster better communication between new hires and their managers
