I worked at iLoop Mobile full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Hard working, smart and creative people working in development, sales and sales engineering.

    Cons

iLoop has officially changed their name to Archer Mobile. They have a horrible credit rating and knowingly gets into business deals with the intent that they will not pay for services rendered by employees, contractors or vendors. Multiple payrolls have been late, commissions have not been paid to sales people, promised bonuses have not been paid, employee expenses can go up to a year before being paid and most vendors they engage with are either past due or have gone to bad debt. All of this happens while Executive Management continues to invest money into executive new hires and pet projects before paying their own people.

Processes and rationale for hiring and promotions are highly questionable, executive management gossips about other employees behind their backs and cannot be trusted.

    Advice to Management

Replace the CEO, CFO and Board Chairman.

I worked at iLoop Mobile full-time

    Pros

There are no pro’s to working here any longer. The platform is a shadow of what it once was

    Cons

The biggest con is that managements continue's to fail to execute on a single plan. This in turn has resulted in a serious issue of keeping good talent due to promises made by management. The worst thing is that management is fully aware that they cannot keep the promise, as they are making them.

    Advice to Management

    None

I have been working at iLoop Mobile full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Nice people (devs not employers). Some chalenges. Many things to learn about how to do stuff and how not to do it.

    Cons

Problems with social insurence. Lack of communication between different branches of the company. Unprofessional behavior of upper managment. No vision for the future of the company. Developers have no value to upper managment and are treated as commodities that can be easly replaced even if they are highly qualified. Most of devs moved on only few remained and as for now there is to much work for to few devs)

    Advice to Management

Start behaving more professional and treat your devs with respect
