    Pros

Lots and Lots of work to do. Get your hands dirty on many things (whether you want to or not).

    Cons

It "could" work for you "IF" are a person who...
     - Loves to follow orders. Complete, 100% yes man who doesn't mind told exactly what to do and doesn't like to to think on your own
     - Doesn't mind working lots of over time
     - Doesn't mind "dictatorship" style of management: imagine the worst
     - Has trust issues yourself, you'd fit right in
     - Doesn't mind the abuse

    Advice to Management

Don't undermine the people who work for you. Your words of appreciation are just mere words. You need to show in action. The only action you've showed are "lack of trust in the very people you hired" and "abuse". The only reason you have survived the industry is by "not betting big" and "staying low" so you don't fall hard. Your employees do not trust you as you much as you don't trust them. Your company will go only as high as you can go (which is not very high because you want to stay low). All management need a serious, big time management training. Start with management 101.

    I worked at iLuv full-time

    Pros

Free water but no cups. Toilet but no toilet paper. Coffee maker but no coffee. Inventory but no sales.

    Cons

California warehouse is poorly managed. Branch management is extremely out of touch with reality. CA management speaks on the phone every day with friends and starts to work at 4pm. CA Management has poor communication (no one understands management due to heavy accent).
    CA Management:
    Allows Bullying
    Has Poor Communication
    No Trust
    Disorganisation and Indecision
    Discourtesy
    Inequity
    Avoidance
    Lying

    Advice to Management

The impact from having bad Management drove down employee performance. Management had a good staff and destroyed it. Please do not allow CA branch management to bring children to work. CA Warehouse needs new Branch Management.

    Advice to Management

CEO should stay out of the way.

I worked at iLuv full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

You can build connections with talented and hard-working coworkers.

    Cons

Too many.. No consideration for employees as you can see they hire 8 people and fired 4 in three month. People are coming and going constantly. Don't even try to remember new people's names. Blaming games. No direction. Very very low salary. Intern driven company. So they take advantage of the visa situation from Korean people. It's slavery. 8am to 10 pm everyday. Too bad.. there's no zero star.

    Advice to Management

Stop bullshitting and focus on the direction. Don't ever say "just do it, this is same as a boot camp". If you give a clear direction properly, employees don't need to waste time so much and you don't need to pay overtime. Oh, you never pay overtime. Never mind.

I worked at iLuv full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

They do have some genuinely talented and hard working employees who go unnoticed and are overshadowed by unqualified top management.
    Oh, and free coffee.

    Cons

Don't be fooled by these "5 star" ratings by the HR. HR makes it sound like bad reviews are by few disgruntled ex-employees, but you may hit up any of the former or current employees (Koreans, non-Koreans, staffs to GM's) via linkedin and they will all tell you the same nightmare stories.

This company gives a whole new meaning to turnover. We have people leaving voluntarily and involuntarily from 2 days to 2 months from the hiring date after getting a little taste of company's atmosphere. Turn over ratio is unbelievable. Most of old timers do not waste time memorizing the names of new employees because no one knows for sure whether they will last or not. Reasons for these high turnovers? You may ask any of the former or current employees...

High turnovers, lack of experience by the management, hostile work environment, lack of innovation, and disgruntled employees are all directly affecting the sales downward.

Get true feedbacks from former employees and stay away!!

    Advice to Management

    Less talking and more action.
    Talking does not generate sales.

    Pros

You will get to see and learn why Korean-Americans are so successful

    Cons

Top managements is always right and not to be challenged. So much work and you are not allowed to go home until your manager does. Since it is small family run company, you will learn what is dictatorship means. They usually like to hire Koreans without a green card. Since, they have no place to go, they obey and listen whatever the top management says. Managements usually ask for you must sacrifice for the company since they offer a job. It was the longest of my life.

    Advice to Management

Please, do not exploited poor young Koreans who just graduated from college. Finally, you are not in the North Korea.
