    Positive Outlook

I have been working at iMetrik full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Great majority of engaged and smart people
Some dev teams are among the best in town
Many (maybe too many) opportunities to grow the business

    Cons

This is a tech company, sales could be more organized
Divergent opportunities make busness focus hard to maintain

    Advice to Management

Could improve the clarity in communication and vision.

    Doesn't Recommend
    Negative Outlook

I have been working at iMetrik full-time

    Pros

If you're looking for a place where what you do doesn't matter and timelines are never respected, this is your place.

    Cons

CxO as the boss like to call himself "the professor" is unable to keep a single decision straight for more than a day, company is currently nearly bankrupted and suppliers are rarely paid....

    Advice to Management

Get a proper management board, send current CEO to retirement if not too late you could do something with this zombie company.
