  1. "I was so happy there in the beginning"

I worked at iPacesetters full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

great place to get call center experience, hands on. They will hire anyone, regardless of Criminal history. If you work your scheduled hours there is a lot of incentive. The main goals are alot of fun and attainable, you wont feel like it is out of reach. I believe it was the experience i needed to discover my skills and move on in a career in telemarketing

    Cons

The pay is sketchy, always have to review hours after pay check, and usually come up short The supervisors show a disrespectful abnoxious lack of management, and the other employees get stuck training new comers bc the bosses are always too caught up in drama at work. I loved it when John Rice was there but since him leaving that company is not the same at Tulsa location

    Advice to Management

Get a grip, quit allowing certain people to continue to treat each other like its still the 20s, racism is unacceptable and so is revers racism, black lives matter is not something a person needs to be praising on the floor, and the white and hispanic people as well as the native americans are all just as entitled to respect as anyone else. I think its a shame that social problems and hateful comments
     are regularly happening there.

I have been working at iPacesetters full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Company will give almost anyone more than one "last chance". Liveable wage, easy to attain sales bonus (siriusXM campaign, i average 17per hour which is the 2nd highest bonus tier)

    Cons

people complain too much and get negative instead of focusing on their jobs - this makes them sound negative and they don't bonus - this then gets blamed on mgt or training..... The training is just fine i picked up on everything easily enough and they have abay too

    Advice to Management

    keep growing

I worked at iPacesetters full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Flexible schedule. Decent bonus plan. Variety of campaigns making it less mundane. Pretty casual work environment. Able to easily switch shifts even part-time or full-time

    Cons

Regular Paycheck discrepancies, bad project mgmt which loses clients and work. Seedy and full of drug addicts. Managers haven't the foggiest as to what they're doing and will give you false confidence in the wrong information they tell u

    Advice to Management

Agree upon a protocol for managers to follow. Each one gives. Different answers regarding the same issues

I worked at iPacesetters full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Competitive company that will give people a second chance. Willing to train entry level applicants. They have multiple departments to choose from.

    Cons

The company has the same problems they have always had. High turnover rates, lack of training before on the floor experience with the customer, which leads to employee frustration.

    Advice to Management

Don't terminate your employee if he or she thinks a transfer of departments is beneficial to he or she and the company. That's just not fair.

    Pros

Theyre relaxed on attendance. I guess that a plus for those that dont like work.

    Cons

Management is always restructuring. tooo many hats in the same ring. Everything is personal. Very rarely is any professional.

    Advice to Management

Better communication within ops. Clean up the workplace with better individuals and "professionalize" the workplace.

I worked at iPacesetters (Less than a year)

    Pros

Well i wouldn't say is a pro, but if you like doing nothing this is your piece. I ferment hours dialing phone numbers without an answer, or maybe a wick hangup if your lucky. Actually talking almost never happens.

    Cons

All around horrid place, they actually had a woman whose while job entailed counting your call time and subtracting out the seconds been dials. So all the time you mandatorily had to insert notes or full out a DNC was of clock. Then they would shorten your pay, mane up imaginary QA mistakes to pocket that money too. Then the whole managment team gets fired for embezzling money.

    Advice to Management

I would have to say maybe you shouldn't steal people's money. And there main employee recruitment strategy is to hire everyone that goes to half way houses.

    Pros

Working for this company before take over was like a big family, ppl cared about each other & tried to help others.

    Cons

After 7 yrs of pay freeze some employees took pay cuts & some took raises after ipacesetters took over but job itself went to being just a # to the company.

    Advice to Management

    Good luck keeping your job
