I have been working at iPatientCare full-time for more than 10 years

    Pros

iPatientCare has a culture that thrives on getting the best out of every colleague. We follow great philosophers in molding our individual lives and do not stop at so called professional/westernized thoughts of "working" as Corporate citizens. The salaries are great and paid in time. We have one of the best companies to work for, with, and contribute to its growth.

    Cons

iPatientCare is NOT for kids and winers! If you are mature enough to take responsibilities, have high self-esteem, and a fire-in-the-belly to make something happen in your field of endeavor, iPatientCare is the company to work for... otherwise... you would be a loner and disappointed. They are all "idiots" there!

    Advice to Management

Expand the business, get more challenging work, let us grow faster and bigger...

After this review HR Will also comment and they say we are good at this and we are doing all this good thing and bla bla. But my personal advice if you really want to join this company then please ask any current employee of this company (except HR & Management) and they will say you the...

I have been working at iPatientCare full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

Best place to work with, very professional and career oriented. Extremely friendly team and nice working environment. I have seen so many instances where personal goals of employees are aligned with the company's goals. Top management of the company would have direct discussion with the smallest of the employee. If you are good, all the opportunity to grow are given to you. Many people who join this company never leave.

    Cons

Growing company, deal with multiple deadlines.
