I worked at iPayment full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Nothing good to say about them.

    Cons

The staff that has been with the company for a few years think they own the place. This was one of the worst group of people I have worked with. They have a bad track record and the kind of people they have will not help recover their reputation any time soon. The management is unaware of what is going on in their department. They have incompetent people working there with 0 qualifications. They like to stay with their own kind and an outsider is not welcomed at all. I hated everyday there. They have some of the most awful people. It didn't take long for me to realize how cunning people around me were. I wouldn't recommend my colleagues to work for this corporation. They are unethical, unaware of how a business or organization works, and above all they don't value a person.

I saw people downstairs working alone secluded in little cubical. It was awful. If you want to make money and move on to a better company then yes, work for them. That being said, I honestly would recommend finding work elsewhere. I can't stress how horrible the people were.

If there is an individual out there who is contemplating between Ipayment and another company. Please use the other one. I'm glad I got out.

I have been working at iPayment full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

iPayment is a great place to work. Solid benefits, people that care and the Company is moving in the right direction; evolving to capitalize on new sales and growth opportunities and investing in tools and resources to provide a better experience for our partners and our SMB customers. Since O.B. took over as CEO, the Company has experienced 3 quarters of consecutive EBITDA growth, is focused and aligned and is moving in a great direction.

    Cons

Always very busy and lot's to do.

    Pros

Great culture and great people. Much better structure than we had in the past and we are finally catching up technologically. Great leadership and copious opportunities to grow.

    Cons

Too many errors made with billing that impacts the call centers performance. Many manual processes but have made strides in this area.

I have been working at iPayment full-time

    Pros

Co-workers are very friendly. Nice location.

    Cons

Overtime is necessary to complete your work. A lot of change in management in the year and a half I've worked there. Very limited in what the company budget allows for, so raises and bonuses are few and far between.
