    Pros

    There was emphasis on fun events. Free food was more regularly available than not.

    Cons

    Management would blatantly lie to clients to get them to keep contracts...only to leave us to deal with the mess when those deadlines were missed.

    Great Leadership, the new leadership has been a wave of change for technical developers, allowing more akin to what you will see at Citrix or Google with Ping-Pong tables and Fooze-ball available in the break-rooms !!!

    Cons

    Long hours, many clients, many configurations, etc.

    Pros

    The team is like family. Working on projects and troubleshooting issues, the team is loyal to the end in assisting each other to get problems solved. New management listens and cares for the team. All the way from office atmosphere, to client communication has been drastically improved.

    Cons

    Same that other tech companies go through routinely.

    Advice to Management

    Keep up the hard work. It is making a great change for the entire team.

    Pros

    We are constantly growing and winning new customers. Sales team is great to work with, helping us expand business in our current customers.
    Management cares about the employees and looks for opportunities for us to help keep us interested and challenged. We are always hiring and growing and have a great on-boarding training program.
    Great solutions to improve the insurance industry.

    Cons

    Great new stuff coming in the platform. But it’s taking longer than we need.
    Lack of opportunities for participation at industry events.

    Keep the open door policy and keep listening to us
    Find more opportunities to give the staff more executive exposure and learn from you all
    Hire more R&D people so we can get what the customer and ps needs sooner
