Pros
The people are nice - especially those in senior leadership roles. They're open to ideas and feedback. It's also a growing organization and it continues to evolve as the needs change and expand. Everyone is very professional and treats you with respect. The support team (recruitment and HR) is very active when it comes to finding ways to foster employee engagement.
Cons
Being a small organization, its downsides include the lack of a path for career growth. The process to climb up the ladder isn't really defined and articulated. Hard work is almost demanded (goes without saying) but isn't necessarily always rewarded.

Strong BFSI client list, strong in Search.
Cons
Bad leadership. Leadership that prefers to compete with and talk down to subordinates, play favorites, steal credit and not acknowledge rather than mentor, partner with and build up. No employee retention plan whatsoever. Extremely high turnover rate and very low job security. Poor communication within and between teams. No work life balance.

Office space is small compared to how fast the company is growing (but the company is moving to a bigger space so that should be sorted out soon!

amazing people, culture solutions and products were easy to see as they are the only company to invent such proprietary solutions for digital marketing
Cons
Interview process was extremely rigorous. They are striving to be the IVY League of companies and thus have pretty much accomplished that.
