    Recommends

    Pros

A good company to work for particularly in NCR region. Wont get significant growth opportunities but work is good and culture is also very conducive for employees particularly junior employees. Work/projects are quite high-end and caliber of technical team is much above what is normally found in service companies.

    Cons

Not so well known. Lack of brand visibility may adversely impact finding good next job.

    Advice to Management

I think they are quite experienced and know what needs to be done just a matter of time.
