I worked at iTradeNetwork (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Good team, solid product, interesting work

    Cons

Silos by product, chaotic management changes, tribalism by office.

    Advice to Management

Pick a strategy and stay with it for more than six months; try to keep a president for longer than a year (Bonavito has been gone since 2014). Figure out how to market and stop allowing your sales team to give away the product.

    Pros

Live/Work Balance, Fun Team, great process and technology for Boise Campus

    Cons

The people who where closest to management where the same people who were least capable of doing the thier job. No understanding of requirements and project management. While management has good intention they still run the company as if it were 20 people.

    Advice to Management

Listen to the people who do the real work and not the people who always agree with you.

    Pros

Lovely location and office, some great people as well. Salary was pretty good too.

    Cons

This company is run by a bunch of people who have never worked anywhere else it seems which is always bad news because things aren't working well with those people making the decisions. There's too much talk and not enough action, it's not a place you could work if you wanted investment in people or empowerment to become better at your role. There are some really obvious problems there that are causing real disruption and set backs and yet the decision makers just kind of sit there and ignore them. People are lazy and unmotivated which means the same things happen over and over and never get fixed, management are doing nothing about it and most of the time emails go ignored. There are so many mixed messages and contrasting views, politics is very much a problem there. Unfortunately people are also incredibly underhanded and two faced.

    Advice to Management

Stop having meetings and start deciding on what's best for the company and not your own agendas. Stop ignoring issues that are right in front of you which are losing you staff, start following through on your promises until problems are resolved not starting a process then never finishing it. Drive change!

    Cons

    Advice to Management

Need to be more in touch with the industry and the way it works to deliver value to customers - internal and external.
