    Pros

    It was easy work and pay is ok

    Cons

    PTO and benefits is the worst I've ever had at a company, which is why I left

    I worked at idX Corporation full-time for more than a year

    Pros

    International customers, travel and the vendors.

    Cons

    Everyone is self-entitled at this office and they make new hires feel like outsiders. Pay is below average and make then they make you feel insecure about not putting in the unpaid overtime that seems to be required everyday. There is also no room for succession and/or growth.

    First and foremost, I am sorry to hear that your statements are a reflection of how you feel about your time with our team. As General Manager of the division, I take the growth and development of our team very seriously, since at the end of the day our team is one of our strongest assets to making us successful as an organization. As you mentioned, at times there is a business need for overtime in order to ensure we meet our customer’s requirements, but that being said we do encourage flexibility among our staff because we also value balance. There are times, during our busy season, that this balance is more of a challenge, but that is something that we are constantly trying to improve upon. We do make efforts to work with employees on and individual basis to modify schedules as needed in order to support our customers while still supporting the well-being of our employees. Overall, I appreciate you taking the time to share your thoughts and will take this as an opportunity to reevaluate our processes, here at idX we are constantly innovating and improving in everything we do.
