I have been working at inVentiv Health full-time

    Pros

Ambitious business goals and flexible approach to roles and responsibilities means there can be lots of scope to diversify within your role

    Cons

Management are out of touch and care very little about individual career paths. Staff levels are constantly low, good people are overworked and expected to carry those under-performing. New hires are not made with a long-term goal in mind which means the mix of experience in the team is poor with many inexperienced hires being thrust unsupported into inappropriate roles.

    Advice to Management

Pay attention to to your team as people. Promote and hire based on competencies rather than favouritism and desperation. Ensure that every person feels supported in their role.

Really smart and often friendly people to work with. Good office and location. Opportunities to learn more skills if motivated to work hard with different teams.

    Advice to Management

Commit to rewarding hard work and be transparent in promoting.
