    No opinion of CEO

I worked at inhouseIT full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Large diversity of companies and issues to manage. Good comradery among IT Managers. They were starting to give mor perks such as company cars etc. whne i was leaving but i dont know if that continued.

    Cons

Almost every day there was at least 30 min overtime if not an hour. You will be driving all over SoCal from LA to IE but most clients are in OC. Management dreams huge but tends to over promise and under deliver. There were few if any rasies given out while i was there.

I worked at inhouseIT full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

This is a great place to work if you're getting your start in IT and want to learn various technologies. The company works with several small to medium businesses and this exposes you to different things that you would not see if you only worked at one company. The engineers you also work with are a great team and will provide help and support if you ever get stuck on troubleshooting.

    Cons

Lack of a career path within the company if you start at helpdesk and want to work your way up to a field engineer or project engineer.

    Advice to Management

Develop a career path for IT staff.
