    Negative Outlook

I worked at inlingua Metro NY full-time for less than a year

    Pros

If you enjoy being kept on a zero-hours contract for years with no hope of being made full time, and attending mandatory unpaid meetings, this is the place for you.

    Cons

management has changed and the whole ethics of the place has turned to crap.

    Advice to Management

Your business will not exist without teachers

    Negative Outlook

I have been working at inlingua Metro NY full-time

    Pros

Colleagues are just as committed as you are to keeping the business going and providing a high quality of service. The work itself is interesting and you meet lots of professionals from all over the world.

    Cons

Little to no guidance or leadership from the owner. Management almost seems to work against staff in their efforts to bring more business to the company. Pay is low and there is no true system in place for discussions about professional development, bonuses, etc. Communication between colleagues in different offices is discouraged - staff is sometimes asked to keep secrets from others.

    Advice to Management

Be more involved in the workings of your own business

    Neutral Outlook

I have been working at inlingua Metro NY full-time

    Pros

Lots of responsibilities given to you

    Cons

The directors have very little regard for the rest of the staff. No room for improvement or suggestions as to how to change the company. Absolutely low pay. Poor management and leadership.

    Advice to Management

    Be better to your employees
